EHD represent Clients and investors to ensure professional delivery of property developments. This is achieved by managing the activities of appointed third party specialist consultants from concept inception and design through to procurement, delivery and operation.

We retain financial control whilst detailed specialist activities are carried out by appointed third parties. This Client Representation approach enables our key senior personnel to efficiently drive the performance of consultants, monitor project cost, programme and quality; acting as a “safe pair of hands” to both reassure investors and minimise their involvement.

Statutory Approvals

We offer Town Planning Services where we coordinate the activities of third parties to assist you obtain the following statutory approvals:

  • Andal (UKL PL) which is basically an environmental report and a technical description of the proposed properties
  • Planning Approval (IMB) typically an Andal is required in advance of the IMB
  • Operating licence suitable for operational and rental purposes
